Accessibility

Last updated: May 2026

Luxydog Ltd is committed to making our Platform accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities or impairments. We want everyone who uses Luxydog to be able to access our tools, information, and services comfortably and independently.

Our Accessibility Goals

We aim for our Platform to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This means we work to ensure our Platform is:

  • Perceivable โ€” information and interface components are presentable to all users, including those using assistive technologies

  • Operable โ€” interface components and navigation are operable by all users, including keyboard-only users

  • Understandable โ€” information and the operation of the interface is clear and straightforward

  • Robust โ€” content is compatible with current and future assistive technologies

What We've Done

We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility on our Platform:

  • Used semantic HTML to ensure content is properly structured for screen readers

  • Designed with sufficient colour contrast ratios for text readability

  • Made all interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) focusable via keyboard navigation

  • Used clear, plain English throughout the Platform and avoided unnecessary jargon

  • Ensured forms have descriptive labels and clear error messages

  • Made the Platform responsive and usable on mobile devices and tablets

  • Designed text to be resizable up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

Known Limitations

We are aware of some accessibility limitations that we are actively working to address:

  • Some complex data tables may not be fully optimised for all screen readers โ€” we are working on this

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible โ€” we are updating these progressively

  • Video content currently lacks captions โ€” we are working to add captions to all video content

  • Some third-party content embedded on our Platform (such as payment widgets) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control

Assistive Technologies

Our Platform has been tested with:

  • VoiceOver (iOS and macOS)

  • TalkBack (Android)

  • NVDA screen reader (Windows)

  • Keyboard-only navigation (no mouse)
